| Amber Diagnostics state-of-the art, FDA certified refurbishing
facility provides Amber's engineers the atmosphere to perform a comprehensive
refurbishing on all systems we receive. Our thoroughly remanufactured
systems are supplied with all necessary electrical, mechanical, and
cosmetic upgrades for accurate imaging and like new operation. All
Amber Diagnostics remanufactured products are guaranteed to deliver
performance and safety features that meet or exceed original manufacturer's
specifications. Unlike other facilities who may adopt a "spray and pray"
approach, our process is thorough and exhaustive. Below are the key

| System Origin: All Pre-owned diagnostic equipment is carefully inspected & De-installed by a certified Amber engineer. |

| Transport: Transportation is performed by an Amber Diagnostics employee using original manufacture packaging kits and shipping dollies. Pick up and deliveries are preformed in one of Ambers Diagnostics Air-Ride transport vehicles. |

| Site Planning: Fully supported by Amber Diagnostics installation specialists to meet all specifications. Room layout & design including electrical, mechanical, and physical placement are provided by Amber Diagnostics. These plans insure a smooth transition in regards to the installation of your equipment. |

| Refurbishing: All systems are disassembled, cleaned, sanded, and any imperfections are repaired or replaced. The paint is perfectly matched with the original color, texture, luster, and factory decals. |

| Staging Process: All systems are pre-staged in Amber Diagnostics state of the art facility where units are evaluated and tested for quality & consistency. This quality control protocol allows your system to operate at it's optimal capacity. |

| Re-Installation: Performed by Amber Diagnostics Field Engineers working with complete, OEM furnished re-install kits. To insure customer confidence, all systems sold and installed by Amber Diagnostics come with a Complete Applications and Training course. |

| Equipment Warranty & Service: Every remanufactured system comes with a Comprehensive Warranty program. This program can be configured to meet anyone's specific requirements. |
