Pre-operatively, DICOM images of all modalities (like CT or MRI images) can be displayed on the monitor trolley in the OR, and patient data received. Intra-operatively, the surgeon can use Siremobil Iso-C3D like any other standard surgical 2D C-arm - with no restriction in patient access or OR workflow, i.e. no additional imaging device is needed. Whenever necessary the 3D imaging capability of SIREMOBIL Iso-C3D is used. Post-operatively - the evaluation of a complex fracture often does not have to be performed in the radiology department anymore, but can now be done in the OR during the procedure. This avoids re-admission in the case of misplacements or other complications.
