An Orlando remanufacturer of preowned X-ray and medical diagnostic equipment is expanding.
Amber Diagnostics Inc. is making available its fluoroscopic c-arms, which give physicians an internal view into a patient's bone structure.
The company has seen a growth in demand for these products as doctors have become more able to provide pain management procedures in an office setting, according to Bob Serros, president of Amber Diagnostics.
The devices are sold at a mid-range price of $49,000, but can vary from nearly $100,000 to $15,000.
