Of course in Orlando, the theme parks always offer up tons of fun, but there are plenty of local favorites that take place every year during the summer months as well. This annual Summer tradition on the last Friday of the month from April to August features games like croquet and cornhole, followed by a family friendly film. This year’s lineup features Inside Out, Goosebumps, Cinderalla, Jurassic World, and Minions.

Thornton Park is known as “Downtown for Grownups,” and with their wine and art walks, it’s easy to see why. Fifteen dollars gets you a wine glass where you’ll be able to go to over 25 different locations and be greeted with a complimentary pour of wine, and not to mention there’ll be plenty of live music, art vendors, and food along the way! Jurassic Quest is heading to Orlando for the first time ever in 2016, and is the perfect event for kids. Jurassic Quest features over 80 life size, ultra-realistic, animatronic Dinosaurs that you can interact with – some you can even ride! There will also be a ton of other Dinosaur related activities to enjoy, from fossil digging, face painting, a “Dino Bounce” house, Dino crafts, and much, much more.
